Ira Nicodemus – President
Ira is the Founder of Holistic Utility Solutions and serves as the President. With 18+ years of experience in energy, solar, and water, he brings a wide range of industry expertise and experience. Prior to launching Holistic, Ira oversaw Energy & Sustainability for 1,400+ financial services facilities for a Fortune 100 client from 2013-2019 and developed several AMI meter conversions from 2019-2022. He holds a BS in Engineering & Management (Clarkson University), MBA (University of North Texas), and is a Certified Energy Manager (AEE)
Emma Nicodemus – VP of Finance
Emma has 10+ years of experience in Finance and Commercial Real Estate. She holds a Bachelor of Finance from University of Central Arkansas. Emma has in depth experience with development and financial modeling for large scale projects. Emma oversees financial models, data management, finance reviews and real estate related issues, and runs the back office functions for Holistic.
Brendan Gallagher, P.E. – Director of Operations
Brendan is a Texas Licensed Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP) that brings structure and organization to Holistic’s consulting, data analytics, and project management. He holds a BS and MS in Engineering and an MBA from the TCU Neely School of Business.
John Belton – Business Development Manager
John brings 20+ years of experience in Business Development, primarily focused on the municipal water and wastewater sector. A former US Marine and Journeyman Electrician, he brings a unique combination of strategic client management and practical field experience.
Tim Gandy – Project Manager
Tim has over 30 years of experience in commercial construction, roofing, and solar. A former US Marine, he is an expert in commercial roofing systems and well versed in electrical construction. A self-proclaimed solar geek, he lives in a fully off-grid home with a solar microgrid he designed and built himself. When he isn’t working with Holistic, Tim is involved in overseas mission work.
Mark Witt – Business Development Consultant
Mark brings a long history of business development experience with government agencies and strategic procurement strategies. As a consultant for Holistic, he focuses on the Assisted Living, Fortune 500, and Higher Ed markets. Mark is a big picture thinker that is always on top of funding packages, new technologies, and key strategic relationships.
